In Heidi’s 20+ years of experience helping clients reduce pain and recover from injuries, surgeries, and more, she has treated many people who attempted a variety of practices — yoga, stretching, Tai Chi, Pilates, etc. — but hadn’t yet found a solution to their challenges... until they met her!
She shares that repetitive habits, health challenges, injuries, and even emotional trauma can lead to highly restrictive movements, creating continuous contraction — and our brain forgets that we can actually enjoy a much larger range of mobility.
